Riipen Labs Paid Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) provided by OC Careers Hub is a short-term, paid WIL opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with a virtual team to solve challenges with real employers.
What you'll gain for completing the Riipen Labs program:

  • 30 hours of paid online project experience
  • Exposure to real employers and industry projects
  • Professional workplace skills development
  • Experience working in a virtual team environment
  • $600 stipend
  • Riipen Labs Certification

You’re eligible if you are:

  • A Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
  • Enrolled in at least one OC course this term
  • Located within Canada during the project
  • Available for 30 hours of online work between November 13 to December 4, 2026.
